Thank you for your interest in applying to our 2011 holiday show! Please be aware that:
-we will only consider applicants making their own handmade products
-this is a juried show
-A limited amount of artists in each category will be accepted in order to promote variation among our vendors
-resellers and company representatives will not be considered for acceptance
-this show is free to the public
-artists will keep all of their profits
-artists must be present for entire show
-artists are required to pay oklahoma sales tax
-links to artists' websites will remain on our website until the next alliday
-there are 60 full 10x10 booths and 20 7' table booths available
-electricity is extra and requires a fee to help us cover electricians' costs
-artists are responsible for their own booth fixtures
-all artists will be eligible to win best booth display!
-After notification of acceptance, artists must pay their full booth fee no later than Wednesday, November 9, 2011 or their booth space will be forfeited.
